Affordability

My platform details at length the many solutions through which we can reduce the tax burden for residents and businesses alike, in both the near- and long-term. That is the single biggest thing any politician can do to positively affect affordability.

Be very wary of any promise to make homes, groceries or anything else cheaper by “diversifying the economy”, “cutting vanity projects”, or “creating prosperity.”

Meaningless word salads will not make things more affordable. Reducing the percentage of goods and services that go towards municipal taxes and fees will.
